Love how the 510 is sealed on the Nautilus, any others?

Basically I am looking for other options that have the sealed 510 connection like the Nautilus. My Aunt has bad luck with flooding tanks that get their airflow from the center post, and in turn ruins a lot of batteries. I am not looking for drippers or rebuildable tanks, as she has no clue how to build.

Just curious if their are any other tanks out there that have a similar sealed 510 that gets it's airflow somewhere else besides the center post.

I don't generally get dry hits, flooding, or leaking with a carto-tank. She might like it seeing that Nautilus's are hybrid cart-clearo tanks.

Ok, I have no experience with carto's. I only know rda's and rta's. Can you possibly list me a few good cartos that would fit on her iStick without looking to chunky. And something that is less prone to leak, and easy to refill, and stylish? Also, how do the coils hold up on carto's.
