For me - it's ease of use coupled with outstanding flavor.
Just ordered mine this morning... and to answer the 510 question, Vapor king is easier to use and is going to have more flavor... I have the 510 and just get very little flavor so i ordered the vapor king cause i hear nothing but good things about them and i like the fact that when you're out of liquid refill it no more then 3 times or just pop on another cartimizer and that Rocks
