I havemt seen that 99p vape site before have you ordered from there at all? Is tye liquid any good?

I have been 100% DIY for the last three or so years and the only OPL I have tried was a lemon /cookie/ tart type flavour a friend brought over last summer. It was actually quit good. Not my cuppa, but still not dreck. (Grumpys Hooch-BLAH!)
I would suspect that the companies are like any other brands.
Some flavours are great and some are Marmite .(no offense Marmiters)
Try a few from both. A tenner gets you 80ml shipped from either shop.
POTV/AAEC/UKV/TVR forums may have more user reviews about specific flavors if you need to do a bit more research. (Stick to knowledge based forums and avoid marketing platforms -FB etc.)
