Well I haven't been vaping long but I started out with the KR808.
Rob from Goodprophets was kind enough to inform me that the DSE901 is compatible with everything on the 808. I have to thank him for all the help.Long story short I ordered the 808 380mah batts from the advice of this forum I tried the manuel batt works like a charm.
Got me 30 blank cartridges and three 30ml of 18 mg Ry#4 the taste is great the TH is great and the vapor is way more than expected.
Don't think since I got my 901 that I will be smoking any analogs.
Ok maybe a little premature to say that I do slip with about 2 to 3 analogs a day. I only have two problems one is that vaping is so much fun I dont wanna stop and I think I am Oding on niccotine.
Two is now that I have gotten into it I just wanna try everything and I think I am spending too much money too fast before I realize what I am doing .
In Your experiences is this what everyone does when they start vaping and another question why am I getting such a huge buzz this stuffs better than the illegal smokes.
When You started did You smoke too much and Od on nic and did You have insomnia cause this stuffs keeping me up all night and most of the day.

When I first started, I vaped almost constantly. The novelty usually wears off after a few weeks.

No problem with insomnia, but I've found that if I vape heavily right before bed I get incredibly vivid dreams, but that's true of nicotine patches as well. If you've ever used a patch, you've probably seen a warning about vivid dreaming right on the package. Just don't vape heavily right before bedtime.

As for trying out everything and spending too much money, what can I say. I've been vapeing since April 2009 and I'm still buying everything in sight that I don't already have. Just think of it as your new hobby. Still, I'm spending LESS than I would have on a pack of anaolgs a day.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!

Yes on both accounts... 1st try cutting your juice down a little, maybe from 18mg to 12. And yes most of us also would like to try everything. Before you start going out an buying more kits, first get yourself into some cart mods. Then I am sure you will progress to full blown mods, ie. VP1, Protégé, Screwdiver etc...

You're definitely not alone in vaping alot and wanting to try out all kinds of stuff. I've had the same experience. Like PaganPaul said, the money will even out fairly quickly considering what a pack of analogs goes for today.

I've also had some insomnia, some nights worse than others. If I remember correctly that is a known side effect of quitting smoking, though it could have something to do with over doing it with the vaping at night time. I had some of the same concerns and bought some lower nic juices (8 and 12mg) that I use later at night or when I just feel like vaping away nonstop. If you really OD, you'd probably notice a real bad headache or nausea. This happened to me from inhaling cigars when I was way too young for it, but has not happened with the vaping.

Well I have insominia anyway so no change there. I smoked 3 packs a day for over 35 years so not much difference fron chain vaping. When I feel that I have had too much nicotine I just go to a lower level juice.

I do think that initially buying a lot of stuff is probably a side effect of nicotine addiction. Seem to be a common newbie thing!

Oh, and do not be too concerned about still smoking a few analogs a day. The first few weeks I was vaping I continued to smoke about 4 a day then 1 day I could no longer stand the burning taste and quit. I think that there is probably something else we crave in analog smoke but it goes away in time.
