:vapor:Just thought I'd put this out there. I bought a sigelei 100w from Eciggity, in Hawaii; paid $100 for it. What's so very nice is I got the edition that doesn't have any screws, or screw holes, on the battery door. Double magnets top and bottom hold the door securely closed. I also like the fact that the screen stays on for about 45 seconds; some people had complained that their screen went off too quickly. I've been using it for nearly 4 days, and I still have 56% left on my batteries. Overall, it's the best mod I have; boxy, but very well-made. Just curious how others rate theirs. Dude, if you're looking for a high wattage box mod, get one, you won't be sorry. Eciggity is the only place I found that had the screwless edition. From purchase to delivery was like three days. It's very plain looking, so I'm going to check and see if JWraps has something that will dress it up; maybe a black carbon fiber wrap. Keep on Vaping! I'm Vapin' in So Cal (CASAA Member).

The high wattage mods have their batteries in series. They need to start off as a new pair, stay together, and occasionally have their voltage checked to be sure they are at the same voltage.

Batteries in series have more problems than single batteries or batteries in parallel.

p7willm: You are correct about "stacked" batteries. However, in and of itself, there isn't an issue, if you treat your batteries correctly. Before the 100w arrived, I picked up a pair of VTC4's, charged them up, and marked them #1 and #2. After a re-charge, I will reverse their location in the mod, so that they get used equally. I also picked up a pair of efest 30amp batteries, which I also marked #1 and #2; two matched pairs of 18650's should keep me going for quite some time. Thanks for your comment. like mine

but it hates my erlkonigin clone. resistance jumps around unless its seated perfect

KurrptSenate: Yes, I hear what you're saying. The only gripe I have is that I wish it had a floating copper pin. A "Fat Daddy" would have been nice. The pin they have in it, requiring manual adjusting, is not the best way to go. Last night, I noticed that the pin had loosened up, and my Silo tank was not seated properly. A clockwise turn on the pin took care of it. In case they're needed, it's nice that Sigelei included 4 extra pins. Thanks for your comment. I'm Vapin' in So Cal (CASAA Member).

I've been loving mine too. I've had it for about a month and a half now. I got the second run of them. They're definitely really great quality for $100. Best $100 I've spent on a mod to date. Even though it has the screwholes and I don't use the screws you don't really notice them on the black version. The 510 pin is in there really tight too because I've had that 510 connection full of juice and none leaked down into the device. So yeah I love mine too! 2014-10-20 15.40.54 HDR.jpg
