Its fine to vape with the LED button flashing peridoically. There's a control circuit in the Provari that will shut it off when the battery is getting too low, that to continue using it would decrease the life of the battery. So you can vape it until the LED flashes rapidly and then won't activate any longer. Then you know its time to swap out the battery.
