I don't mess with leg bends, hence why I don't do 4 post attys. Just a sloth thing. I'm sure it's easy to build though and does look like a nice atty. Rule your builds are always beautiful, I love seeing them :)

Thanks. Sometimes I think I get a little too OCD about them.
Before retiring, my occupation was a Pipefitter/welder. Occasionally, my work would involve bending tubing; usually stainless steel or copper. It's probably why lots of my coil builds involve leg bending. I like to get my coil legs to hit the post holes dead center.

I forgot about Sloths aversion to bending (hot)legs  Sorry Sloth, I get that. I'm not the best at it for sure, I tend to run 27g on a 2.5, 7 wraps around .5 (depending on how well I get the legs)

Hey Rule you're just up the road I think, I'm south in Palm City/Stuart, home of many Low Country Mountain Man tips:) otherwise known as the Treasure Coast.
oops I thought we were in the Chit Chat thread.....:?:

Yep. You're just a ways south. I haven't been down that way in a while.

Well how about a little mini update? 6 tips on this dreary Sunday for ya. Sorry about the lighting in the pics I usually use natural light but there isn't much of that to be had today so I took them in the office. Everything is updated on the website (You can also PM me here but the website is a little more streamlined): www.lowcountrymountainman.com

Black and Pink Ebony Stabilized 001, 002
(A note on these, the color is much more yin and yang than the pictures let on, pretty much half black and half chocolate/coffee colored)

I would also like to keep yall informed of the other stuff as I go. The chuff cores will be here on Tuesday supposedly so I should have some of those up and ready for sale in the next week and a half or so. Traditional tip cores should be done this week but those are a little more uncertain on the time frame.

Next update will also be lots of color, people seem to like these dyed buckeyes so I have on slate some red, blue, purple, etc. I will also have some hybrid wood/acrylics with lots of color maybe 2 weeks out. Thanks everyone for checking us out and giving LCMM a try!

Happy Veterans Day everyone! I will be running a coupon code for 15% off everything in store for the rest of the day. Use code: VETSROCK at checkout.

Great way to get a tip if maybe you've been on the fence. And as always, be safe out there boys/girls in uniform!

I like the feel of the shape of these, especially, in addition to them looking great.
Well that should be first and foremost, a pretty tip that you don't use may as well be a rock. Glad you're digging them Rule and it was a pleasure to talk to you the other day as well.
