So I understand what low load means and all, but I have a 1.5 ohm cartomizer in my carto tank and its still reading low load….hmmm

I tried cleaning off the contacts and turning the device completely off, but nothing seems to work?
It reads the cartomizer at 1.4 ohms because the ohm reader isn't very good, but I know the cutoff for the Zmax V5 is 1.3 ohms.

Any ideas?

The Zmax only fires from 1.3 ohms and up. 1.4 ohms is cutting it close. Seeing as you have a VV/ VW APV why not just use higher ohms and turn up the voltage/ wattage. Also own the Zmax and lowest I go is 1.8 ohms to be safe. Generally use 2.4- 2.8 ohms on it.

Cartos/ clearos can be out by as much as + or - 10-20% from the advertised ohms.
