No one should pay anything over 16 for 30, unless it is nectar given to you by the Gods.

I can point you to a number of different sites that don't even get close to 24. I just get 95% of all my liquid from FSUSA
And before anyone else says it. No. I don't recommend BlueMist.

Yeah, madvapes. Don't know about menthol but I recently got 150ml of 24mg Dekang Desert Ship tobacco for $38 shipped....and it got here lightning-fast.

I just ordered juice from a new vendor, D&D Vapor. It was only $8 for 30ml. (I don't know if that's a grand opening price or not.) Flavor selection is a bit limited right now, but I know they're working on new ones.
Vapor God do 30ml juices for $8 if you use the code ECF20. They do a very good straight menthol if you like your menthol strong.
I love vaporgod as well and you can't beat their prices. The only thing about their menthol is it is strong STRONG. Another level of strong. If someone is aiming for that, not a bad thing. Couldn't hurt to pick up a pack of cartomizers from them and get a free sample of it though before you commit to a 30 ml bottle.(to clarify if that's confusing, vaporgod always gives a free 5ml your choice per pack of cartos you buy from them)
In my opinion, Mister-E-Liquid.com has a very nice, clean, real tasting menthol(Called Mister E's Menthol). They really pride themselves on their menthol over there. You can also choose the strength in light, medium, full. Their 36ml bottles are 15$ Pretty reasonable and so far from some vendors I've tried they are top notch quality and customer service.

Any of Dekang's menthols. Inexpensive, spot on flavor wise, and comes from an extremely clean factory. Dekang is the oldest manufacturer of eliquid to my knowledge. madvapes.com sells it...you want to click on chinese juice and not the custom stuff.

I am loving jugheads . 50 ml of base is 14.99 (you pick the strength) and they have DIY organic menthol crystals (1 Gm 1.49, 2 gm 2.69- years supply?!) if you want to find your own level of flavour. Otherwise, 30 ml is 10.99.
