"You'll shoot your eye out, kid"

And for those that don't get the refererence, the answer is YIKES!!
A low resistance atomizer at 6v will rip you face off.

And probably blow your atomizer in a few minutes or less.

What would be better? 3.7v with LR atty or 6v with regular atty?

With a true 3.7V device KR8, or a mod running a 3.7V (14500 eg.) a regular 510 atty works fine. With a regular 510 batt, mega or eGo/etc. an LR atty works great although for reasons that they'd cause you to go through regular 510 batts and likely megas too, they aren't recommended for them but I use them (so does DC2) - best vapor for a mega - it's just not going to last as long. With a 6V you're going to burn out most 'regular atty's' the 801 being your best choice. But with the 510 and 901 and even the 801 you'll need HV attys.
