You'll find which you like better but Google an ohms calculator and punch in the numbers. With the twist you could have the same (or close to) Watts with both. The down and dirty version is:

(Voltage x Voltage)/resistance= Watts

Ohms law is your vaping ABC's. Get used to doing it and you'll be a happier and more satisfied vaper.

FWIW I typically like 1.8 stuff but ymmv

Replacements seem to be available in 1.8 and 2.4 ohms. Which should I use? I'm using an ego Twist 1100 mah.
As TS12000 and suspectK alluded to, 1.8Ω and 2.4Ω are so close to one another that it hardly matters. Both have starting point "sweet spots" between around 5.2 and 5.4 watts, or 3.1 to 3.5 volts. Note that I said "starting point"... you may find with your particular atty and juice combination that your personal sweet spot will be above or below those numbers.
As long as you're in the safe zone... and with some, even slightly hot, you're good to go. If you're voltage is too low... you'll know it because there simply won't be much flavor or vapor. If you're too hot, well, I'd imagine you know what a burning gym sock smells like. You don't? Well, you will. ;-)

Lower resistance atomizers require more current to attain the same power (they use more battery life) as the equivalent higher resistance version. Lower resistance atomizers heat up quicker than higher resistance ones, you may find that with some atomizers you have to give them a second before they start optimally vaporizing liquid, this time will generally be less with lower ohm stuff.
Lower ohm stuff is generally considered to have better flavor, vapor, etc. Watch any rebuildable video, everybody is building lower Ohm stuff not 3-6 Ohm coils or something crazy like that. What does that tell you? (Yeah yeah microcoils and other things but that's a topic for another day.)
That being said, some people do prefer Standard Ohm atomizers (2-3), I would recommend getting both and seeing which you like more.

Whatever you decide to do, you need to consult something like this before you hit that fire button at X Voltage on an atomizer.
