Low Resistance Atty Question

How well will a 14500 3.7v 900 mAh battery run a low resistance atty?

Will it be anywhere close to a 5v experience?

This is the battery that the Bartleby runs.

Or the 16340 Battery , unknown mAh, that the Little Chuck runs.

If anyone has either mod and has used a Low Res Atty, any input would be much appreciated

the lr 510s do well in both devices. I use them all the time in both.

more like a 4.5 device.. 5v is more powerful but the noticeable difference is slight.

That's awesome, I live in a hick town & vape at work, so I like to stealth vape, thinking about a Bartleby..

Only thing I dont like about it is the lights.

Would love a device that quickly switches between 3.7 & 5v, if via the low res atty, all the better.

Any Batt they say above 450 mAh will work it the thing you have to watch for is the draw LR'S draw 2-2.5 amps so your Batts will run out a bit faster,, more poweful the 3.7 bat is in mAh the better off you will be, they also run well with the newer High Drain AW Batts

its really about the MAH capacity of the battery The 1.5ohms or so of a LR atty will drain a battery at a very fast rate around 2.5 amps is the current draw .

This is way over the recommended battery discharge rate for MOST batteries ( see the ratings for the particular battery ) a 18650 2200mah batt. would be best ( again check the ratings for the battery you have ! )

This all seems more trouble than its worth lol

I know the "What mod is best" question has been asked so many times your ears are bleeding, but whats the best mod that runs 3.7 AND 5v, sorry, had to ask..

3.7 is 3.7 5v is 5v this I have learned there is no Mod that is best in my opinion it all boils down to Battery power and matching the correct Atty in resistance any mod that only runs at 3.7 or at 5v will give you the same vape

I have every voltage that is made and several of each one and I like them all..
Each has its own merits..

5v is great.. 3.7 with LR attys are also great!

Going to try the LR 801s soon too...

use every voltage there is ( variable voltage ) that way you can tune the voltage to the atty .

I've used LR attys on 4 different 3.7 mods. It's not 6v but it's close.

Request your mod with NO LED's. It makes the mod easier and cheaper to build, so I don't think it would be a problem.

If (for some odd reason) it is a problem, just disable them or cover them up.
