i ordered 2 MNKE batteries from avid vaper this past week.
MNKE IMR18650 3.7v Li-MN Rechargable Battery - Avid Vaper
i pulled out my multimeter and took the resting voltages of them. one battery came in at 3.59 volts and the other at 0.65 volts. 0.65!!!!!
is it possible i received a bad battery. i do know i will be able to charge it but WHY did my battery come in at 0.65 volts from them directly? is it bad for IMR batteries to be resting so low?
basically i'd like to know if the battery will be okay or if i should try to have them send me a replacement.
