Low voltage LED flasher ciruit question

I found this circuit but it's low voltage is 2.4V and I want to change it to 3.0V maybe 3.2V.
Can I just change out A1 with one that detects a different voltage like this one?Digi-Key Part Search
Or would I have to change other parts too?

Thank you, but I was hoping to change the circuit I was referencing due to its low power usage 1uA when off and 20uA when flashing.

Three-pin element requiring no adjustment
Wide selection of detection ranks (17 ranks between 2.0 and 4.9 volts

Take a look at it, it gives you the info for the range you need. That's a neat little device.
