Just by looking at your signature i have a pretty good idea who you're talking about;)

The LR atties were created by Janty, so like the other Janty product they will be rebranded and sold by other companies. The reason Janty does not sell them now, is that they see this first batch as a test batch and sold them to other companies.

I'm pretty sure Janty didn't create LR atties. They've been under testing for many months by other people. Are you thinking of Joye?

ofcourse we will sell them, we damn well invented them.. we just havent had the first batches as we see those as "test" batches.. so we sold those to other companies.. :) (and yes they know)

Janty contends these are a "knockoff" and they say they will pursue legal action against Eastmall if they continue to market these units" (with reference to the Riva battery)

Actually here is an update:

The "Janty" products Eastmall has, are ILLEGAL.

I have checked up on this now with Joyetech, and they have not, and will not produce for them.

One thing is rebranding - ofcourse i dont know all of the shops that do rebrand as i have other things to attend to - but this just turned into a serious matter.

We have given Eastmall a 48 hour warning, before we will take legal action, seeing as those products are our copyrighted, and patented products - and take it from there.

So - if you hear people speaking about those products, please do warn them: We know now, for a fact, that the PCB onboard is crap and that the units they are selling could very well be dangerous as their safety mechanism are poor at best. And then ofcourse, they arent original products.

So now you know!

I just checked the site. I went to checkout with 3 LR atties and Boom is correct, shipping to Canada is $22 USD. I tried it with a juice only order too (3 30ml bottles)...same thing. A little too high for my blood...even with the discount code :(
