I'm currently using a Steampunk Sparkplug with a 510 adapter and LR 510 atomizer. But I'm curious how the LR 801 atomizers compare. The larger capacity of the 801 would be nice, but I don't want to sacrifice the flavor and vapor production of the LR 510.

What do you guys think? Anyone have experience with both?

Since no one answered my question, I figured I'd take one for the team and ordered an 801 LR atty from NHaler.
Here's my comparison after using it for three days on my SP2 with a 3.7v LiMN battery. Both are 1.5 ohm atomizers. Liquid capacity obviously goes to the 801. Vapor production was slightly higher with the 801, as was the throat hit. But flavor was better with the 510. The 510 also heats up a lot faster than the 801, probably because of the much larger size of the 801 atty.

Sadly my 801 stopped working after three days. I don't have my multimeter with me, so I can't test it (but I'll do that when I get home). But it just suddenly stopped working. It will produce small wisps of vapor if I hold the button down for 7 to 10 seconds. I tried blowing it out with no improvement. Tried a dry burn for 20 seconds and still no change (no glow either). Going to try cleaning it and letting it dry overnight and see if that helps any. Luckily I still have a few 510's and my adapter on me.
