LR Cartomizers and 510 Battery Lifespan

I just read somewhere online that the use of LR Cartomizers and Atty's will decrease the overall lifespan of normal 510 batteries..

Anyone experienced shorter lifespan of batteries when using LR over Standard?

The use of LR atties on an eGo battery can decrease it's lifespan. LR atties shouldn't be used on regular 510 batteries because they can't handle the power generated by them. In fact, it will ruin the battery. Even on eGo or Riva batteries there's a risk of LR atties burning out the MOSFET switch and ruining them.

LR draws more stress on batteries. They shouldnt be used on nothing less than 3.7v PVs. Mod batts should use IMR high drain batteries when using LR attys.

hmm, I've been using 2 ohm carto's on standard 510 manual batteries for a week now and have had no problems.
