Question:

I have the standard 510 passthrough, and wondered about using the LR atties with it. I understand that it is recommended to use a 440mah battery or higher (fine on my 900mah 14500s in the Vypr), but the PT has a 320mah 10440. Does the 440+ rule still stand even though the battery is constantly recharged by the PT?

I use mine LR atty on my PT with in-line battery and it vapes beautifully! The inline battery is a 10440 which is only rated for 320mAh, but since it is constantly recharged I don't think that matters as much. I haven't dared try it on the straight-through because I don't have any USB adapters rated higher than 1A. (1A@1.5Ω=1.5V/1.5W, 1.5@5V=3.33A/16.66W)

I'm using mine on a PT with the same specs all day long. Works great, just need to keep them well juiced :)

I'm the original poster on this thread and I have been using the LR atties on my cheapo 510 PT with inline 10440 for a month and a half now. I use it heavily for 3-5 hours per day and have noticed no problems whatsoever. The only thing I am getting is consistent power, and a nice cloudy, smooth vape. It seems to perform as well, if not even a tiny bit better than my Vypr 510 (with 14500, 900mah battery) with the same LR atties from Nhaler.

Thanks for the info...Its good to know that they are holding up...From what I have been told until now (by You), I was under the influence that it could cause premature death to the battery in the passthrough, but because its always charging, it may not be over draining the batttery...Thanks Again
