whats the difference between these please :

Luer Lock Needle 20 gauge 1.5"

Luer Lock Needle 20 gauge .5"

Luer Lock Needle 20 gauge 1"

Also guys, I'm a noob at this so with that in mind, I purchased a 510 mega kit (very happy with it) and was wondering are there any larger size cartomizers I could use, I read somewhere that the mega 510 battery can also be used with another model of pv but cannot remember which one.

At the bottom of the page for the clearomizer you will see which one you need listed under the reviews. madvapes is nice like that so we don't buy the wrong items.

So, it looks like you need the 20 guage 1" and the syringe.

The differences in the three are how long the needle is, you have 1"; 1.5", and .5" all at 20 guage.

510 Mega batteries can be used with ANY 510 cartomizer or atomizer. The 510 threading is also compatible with the 306 atomizer without any adaptors. In order to used any 901, 801 or 808 cartomizers/atomizers you much purchase the relevant adaptor.
