I feel so lovely and loved now. They are calling for great weather here over the weekend. We're having a neighborhood picnic tomorrow so that will be fun. Spread the word about vaping too. Gotta love that.

I think most of us are okay, Chim's daddy is in the hospital tho'; we don't know anymore yet
Oh, and to answer your question about being squared away.....Almost. ;-)
We had a massive bump in the road that hit the checkbook far harder than expected...
And because of that, we are still eating in the living room and have no dining set. In a month or so, we might be able to get the stuff we need to build it. We already have the legs... and we know where we are getting the table top.... and we have to pick stools/chairs.... But we have legs...
We have 95% of our stuff in VA.
Mostly it is just the garage that we still need to get. Hopefully this weekend. We are going back tonight, and we have to start painting the old house. Then we are doing the floors. By Oct. 15 we should be fully fully here. I mean, we *are*....but it doesn't totally feel like we can settle in since there is so much to be done at the old house.
The youngest is attending her first "homeschool soccer" this afternoon, so that should be fun. Hopefully it will be well populated with kids her age. We've only met one so far, and she is more rude than clever. Hoping for a better outcome today on that.
