I hit right on my kneecap and boy did that hurt for a minute. Left a small red mark. Not sore at all but I'm betting it will be tomorrow.

Hello any other lurkers lurking.
Been so busy getting my health issues under control that vaping is almost an after thought. When you go from 10 mg to 0 nic cold turkey it just doesn't have the same hold over you it. I enjoy my flavors but it's still not the same. 0 nic juice just doesn't have the addiction 10 mg nic juice did.

RG, I have said that when I get to 0mg nic I'm going to quit vaping altogether. I enjoy the flavors but not sure if I'd want to continue putting stuff in my lungs. That's just me though..to each his own!

Nic is actually good for you. I vape at 6mg and so does hubs. Hubs has had a triple bypass and no problems.

I'm almost using my vape as desert. I have the chocolate and candy flavors. Once I use up all my 0 nic base I might stop. I just take it as it comes.

I tried 0mg once for sampling flavors. I found it flat tasting.

I'm still a pretty good ways from 0 mg nic though. I use 6mg in regular tanks and 3 mg in my sub ohm tanks.
