You would probably be done by now,akes me a bit to do 1 lol Doing some in kanthal and some stainless steel, got a 200ft roll of ss for $5 last week so far I like it better for tc builds.

The tempered ni is easier to work with. I want to try TI but don't want to buy a whole roll of it until I know whether I like it or not. Where'd you get SS for $5?
