Looks good! Yes, get your batteries from a reputable dealer. The workshops at vapefest were very definite about that also make sure you have a good brand name charger too! Will the B&M you are going to work for have your battery and charger?

They stock the SVD and their site stocks a battery they seem to market as specifically for the SVD. So, seems so.
I've stopped myself getting it there, really, cause it'll cost £70 without batteries and a charger, I can get it at FT for essentially £22.61! My savings alone will cover the battey and if need be a charger but an adaptor would be fine I'm sure.

 What do I know???

Ooohh, is this the one you have? I like the looks of it a lot! Sounds pretty nice and has all the protection circuits one could ask for! I like that grey one, it is nice! I also lean toward using that battery in my vamo even though it will use the other size too. It becomes to long and heavy when it has the other battery, kind of too much for most times. I can see why you like yours Dale! Very nice!

I have a red from FT that someone gave me Bobbi, it is slightly larger than the Smok Mini that I got from MadVapes.
I really prefer the Smok's tho' ;) (cause they are more petite)

Cool! I will have to try some of them. What size do you favor? How long does it go when you fill it? I think you are right about the tank just making the refill times less frequent. I have heard good things about the ikenvape before. Do you have anything to protect you from the heat on the sides of the carto? I would guess my drip tips would fit it as well so don't have to buy new ones for it right away. My AiV juice mostly comes in glass with drippers so that is no problem. I like the idea of the toothpick too! I'm not fond of juice in my mouth! I think you will enjoy your IBT, I certainly have! I am only now reaching out to other types to see what is available though.

The little dripper looks pretty much like my little ones do too. Mine also have little screws in them. You did GOOD for a first wrap, looks nice!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against Provari. I am just one of those people who has so many set up at one time that I can't afford to spend that much for a single one. I have paid an average of 20 for each of my vamo so it comes out a good thing for me. However, all mods aren't created equal I will say that! I have 2 mechanical mods that are Omegas, while they function and I won't be throwing them away, I don't use them too often either. They are uncomfortable to fire, requiring you to use downward pressure to fire. By the end of the day they make my carpal tunnel scream loud! Bruce has one I can't think what they called it, you have to scroll through so many things to get to the right spot on the menu that I just gave up and told him no I will not help you with it, learn it or don't but I'm not making me crazy trying to figure it out! He uses it and mostly likes it, I avoid it like the plague! I have a KTS that I use some, but am so used to my vamo it gets less use than it otherwise would, mostly cuz I have to think about where the fire button is!

As far as egos go, I have 5 twists that came from ft, and a pink 900 that is another one of those where Bruce got a big batch and didn't want the pink. I can not tell a lie, I tend to start people on a pink whatever... We have a set of 6 1300 mAh coming in the next few days from ft that I will get the pink and probably another color from. I like that size/length as it is comfortable for me to use and lasts a long time. The 6 is $32 so I can't complain there. I don't use the twist on my egos all the time so that is ok too. :)

Mostly I am one of those people that will choose something they like then just keep getting that. Though over the past 10 months I have gone through a series of different things I have been settled on my vamo, egos, carto/tanks and eternity for about 3 months now and am happy here for now at least I don't forsee any big changes, then again when I got my 6 protanks I thought I would use them forever then I went to vapefest in Sept and found the carto/tank...

Sorry about the novel length reply...
I measured them the other day, they should be the same as the XL Smok. The mm were the same, but I've forgotten the length now. I don't think they last long, but I'm afraid to burn them, that's why I have several filled at once, then I swap them out. Hence, my looking into a carto/tank system.

Your tips should fit just fine, and no heat at the tip that I've noticed.

I honestly got tired of reading and just bought the ProVari. I knew it was going to be smarter than I was, and it is absolutely built like a tank. I think a battery could vent in one and you would be fine. I wouldn't want it in my pocket though...LOL.

These are the batteries I use. The one in the link, and the smaller size for in mini mode. From everything I've read, these were considered to be the safest, I haven't read a thing in months, so I can't say if there are any others as safe now. ;)
Battery safety was a big concern for me, so I just got 4 when I bought my mod, I didn't shop for pricing. I was WORN OUT WITH IT ALL. :D
I also bought the charger from them too. I'd also read you need a good quality, name brand charger.

It took me a bit to get used to the weight. I didn't like that at all in the beginning, but I was used to my egos. I don't even notice it now though.
I wouldn't want one with more options to get through, the six ( I believe six ) this has is plenty to scroll through.
I do like that you can check your ohms without having to use another device.

It was expensive, but I only had myself to buy for. I completely agree/understand your choices. COMPLETELY.

AW IMR Batteries: Ecigarette Batteries, ECig Batteries, Battery 18500

Oops they have an awesome purple one! It just hit my wish list and went straight to the top.... darn I almost made it to being a vamo devotee... is the menu pretty easy to navigate?
Hold on please, slow down :)
Are you looking at MadVapes or FT?
The one from MV's comes with good instructions but the lettering is tiny
I do have to read the instruction's to change things but that's because I rarely do, it's easy enough since I can do it ;)

Bobbi, ya know why I love this Eternity?

Everything, I've ever put on top of this MVP at anything over 7.5W tastes disgusting.
This is the first time I've been able to run 9.5W through it and get nothing but flavor..I haven't gone higher cause of the resistance of the coil but it's nice to actually get a use out of the resistance.

Hmm, they are only 10$ more in the US but I do know from the vamo that I prefer the aluminum for the major weight difference... all I find in the US are the lavender and I do like that deep purple color on ft... this is going to take some deciding... darn Dale, you shouldn't have shown me that... Does yours have the removable collar too? It is v2 right?

Sorry
Ummm, don't know anything about a removable collar so I'm going to say no? It is vv/vw and lightweight :)
And you can check your ohms?
