Welsh, what a great drawing!! Can't wait to see more!

R2C2, you can have our snow, we have about 3 inches of really pretty, fluffy snow this morning. All the trees are white.

Dale, what a lovely breakfast!!! That is a HUGE plate of food! I'd be done for the day if I had all that.

GG, Can't wait until they get that truck going!! Hang in there sweetie!!

Dave, when did you swear off drinking?? I guess I missed that.

I think I'm getting Chim's cold. Every winter it seems that once the cold season starts, we just keep passing it around at work. It's like you'll get a break from it for a week or so, then it's right back to some degree. I took a dose of Nyquil last night before I went to bed. I bet I was sound asleep not 5 minutes after my head hit the pillow....slept like a baby.

I see Robin!! Sooooooo glad dinner was a success!! I swear I almost mentioned Ham and Scalloped Potatoes!! My MIL always has Honey Baked Ham when we visit, with scalloped potatoes, usually theirs too. But always oh so very good, and easy peasy!
Do they have Honey Baked Ham stores in Florida?? I don't ever remember seeing any?

I have not seen one here. I generally put some ham slices in with my scalloped potatoes so give them some extra flavor I'm going to put the rest of the ham in a crock pot, I think, to warm it up. Maybe some brown sugar and a bit of pineapple in with the ham.

I make a whole roaster of scalloped potatoes. I LOVE having them leftover. My very favorite food EVER! They are definitely not waist friendly. I even sprinkle cheddar cheese on the layers.

Remember the 'seeing' ghost talk? I think that's where she's at on that old thread. It started out with collecting rocks and Dale likes old strange looking coins...

Hey Welsh, I was just looking at the map of the UK. I noticed a city named Swansea.
I work in a village named Swansea, in Illinois. So I had a look at Wiki. How about at the bottom of the page it references Welsh-American Culture in Illinois.

....just thought that was interesting. Carry on. I'm headed for more coffee.

There is indeed Lori, not a city I get to visit often but a nice one. Cardiff is the hub of Wales.

Had no idea Swansea was also Illinois! I'm going to wiki!. Fun and learning, I'll say it again, I love this thread!

Enjoyed reading the days posts. I'm almost sleepy like when I read books. heehee Well made it through Friday the 13th. I am not a superstitious (OCD maybe) person. My mom was pretty bad. She would spit in the back seat if a black cat ran across the street when we were going down the road. I know this because..... I sat in the back seat.

I slept til 2 today. Unusual for me. Guess I was tired. Of course I didn't go to bed til 9. I am going to get on a better schedule one day......but not today. There is rain coming and I really hate that because I was just starting to get over the last rain. Hope everyone has a great weekend planned. I plan of doing as little as possible (which is what I've done most of the week). Guess I didn't get finished. heehee
