Jeff when my cousins were coming out to hunt I found a website that was charging like $2 extra for bottles of plain base and calling it hunter's blend. They even went so far as to say they were going to discontinue it after hunting season was over... (does hunting season ever end??) As a joke I made a "hunter's blend" for my cousins (got into the bottle marked 18mg base in the door of the fridge and put 15ml in a bottle for him marked "hunter's blend") and gave it to them for while they were hunting and told them the story about the website... I thought I was just having a joke with him... a couple months ago I went to see them and asked how their juice and hardware was holding up (I do the purchasing and mixing for all my family members and a friend who is like a sister to me) only to have him tell me in all seriousness that he was about out of one of his favorite juices... hunter's blend! I nearly died of laughter but he was stone cold serious! He said, have you ever tried it? It is very good! I came home and told DH and he got a heck of a good laugh out of it too... then I got in the fridge and filled Jim a bottle of 18mg base and took it to him next time I went down to see the family...:laugh:

Just what we had discussed awhile back when I first tried to use 32 gauge....No, Torey had a bit of an issue, you maybe didn't go far enough back. She quit before the banging stage ensued to go have dinner with her dad. Welsh and I were passing along our experiences until you came back to find her post. I should have mentioned it when you first came on tonight. I'm sorry, I was so busy yapping/typing, it completely slipped my mind. :( Yes, Torey couldn't get her pins to snap in place.

Okay, I'm still working my way back... I'll get there eventually, I was fixing to give up reading back when I saw that...

Yea!!

Awww. I'm about to call it a night myself.
I can't call it a night until my youngest is ready for bed. So I am keeping my eyes propped open @ 8:30 P.M. Wow when did I get so boring and tame  ? It's been years since I've even been to a bar or anything like that 0_o Wow....
Lori: Those wiener dogs make good heating pads! My sister has a herd of them, and the obese momma is my favorite. It would even jump behind my back when I sat down.

Yes they are!! She loves to cuddle. She gets really impatient for "couch time". Since she's had back problems, she is no longer left unattended on the sofa. We used to let her use a foot stool and go up and down as she pleased, but no more.

Banana pudding...my favorite:D
Where did you go to get that?

I had that problem when I used wire that was too large. (32 gauge ) 36 works better. I end up flipping the whole thing upside down while assembled, and pushing against a hard level surface, like your kitchen counter.

Even with the 36 gauge they don't want to go on tight unless I flip it and press on the hard surface. I thought I'd break mine too, but unlike you... I didn't put it down and walk away...the :censored: thing wasn't going to get the better of me, didn't care if I did break it at that moment. :D

Also, have the wires running straight down so the wire isn't giving any resistance to the motion.

I'm finally getting the hang of it. It's super easy to replace, but for me, I found it to have it's own set of little quirks. Seems all these top devices have their own special set of quirks. :)

Maybe Bobbi or Welsh will come along with tips or advice too. ;)

I think we all started out trying to treat them like they are fragile... I have also had one where the post came out. I just pushed it back in and kept going. I use a pair of pliers to push them back down. Also when I put them through the pieces I bend the wires up to hold the coil/wick in place in the little slots so I am not fighting trying to make it stay in the right position while I am feeding it back onto the posts. I feed it onto both posts and then I use my little needle nose pliers to force them back down. I have one that they don't stay down as firm as I would like but I push them on and go ahead and test it and use it and it works. They are actually pretty forgiving... I have 5 now and I do feel like they are as easy or easier than rebuilding any other coil on any of the attys I've tried...

It's a place called CookOut! They have the best shakes & sooooo many flavors to choose from.
That sounds really good!!

 Sounds like we're all doing pretty much the same thing.
I tried to explain that with the wire, but I think I may have left out the up to hold in in place until you seat the caps, then pull the wires down. I've tried placing the caps with the wires up and it will work, but wired down once their on the post is much easier. I still kind of fight getting them on and in place, but I think that's just how it goes.

Well good people. I'm done, and going to day goodnight. :)
 y'all, and sweet dreams.
