Morning all. I have no plans to wake up today.
Thanks to those that readily agreed that my grandchildren are adorable. You haven't seen half of them. Yet. :D

Hi Aaron! Nice to meet you. Love the photo in your avatar. I read that you pieced it together. (At least I think that's what I read... *sleep deprived*) Nice job!

Oh.........ok......stumbles off with foot in mouth:D

Just droppin' in while I can to let those who want to know that Chris (son) & family are ok; we didn't hear ourselves but our daughter saw where his girlfriend posted on FB so....

Spent the morning watching a good movie with the dh , Absolon with Christopher Lambert; one of the "cleanest" movies I believe he's ever made, enjoyed it very much:)
So glad you know that Chris is fine... until you get your hands on him for not keeping in touch, anyway. :D

Do I dare go google Absolon? I'm still disturbed from looking up the movie that Stormy posted about.:lol: (What was the name of that one again Stormy?)
<----Hopes it will be on Netflix or Hulu before too long.

Huhu:D Yeah, spot on about the "son":D
The movie...if you've ever watched much of Christopher Lambert's stuff then you probably know he's ummm...Not Shy:laugh:...this one, the worst I saw was from the ...uh...Crack of the .... up as he entered the shower. And the lack of foul language Amazed me! So, you'll just have to decide for yourself I guess...do you like his stuff? or SyFi?

Ain't that the truth!!!
The first time my husband 'didn't think' was such a rude awakening! :glare: He left for school 7am'ish, huge snowstorm rolled in (which was rare), the roads got bad fast and they started closing everything down.. including the school he was at.. at about 11am. Normal day takes about 10 minutes to get "from there to here", so give him an hour with the road conditions before I start to worry. HA. He sauntered in at about 9pm that night.:evil::evil: I was pregnant. I was emotional. I was... livid. And relieved. And MAD. And glad he was okay. And I'm sure there's still a scorch mark on the floor where he was standing.:angel:

I will add that he was 18. And stupid. (I can say that... he would agree.)

 You guys all sound just like dh, why worry? Last night I'm following all this stuff wondering about our beloved son & he's like ... well, "I'm going to bed now" sign...........men!
How can they do that??? HOW??? I really don't get it.

I know, I was upstairs watching the non-stop weather...hubby was in the man cave....not in the basement because of the storm, and he was like...:pop::pop:....what is all this stuff you're carrying to the basement....(vaping supplies...LOL...flashlight...water...homeowners policy...toothbrush...)...he's sittin there watching some comedy whatever....and he's said "Do you need help carrying anything...you DO know it's WAY north of us don't you........:pop:

But, I'm a freakstick when it comes to these storms, and he most certainly is not. I'm not afraid of losing possessions, to me it's just stuff. I just want to be prepared as much as possible for the in between time if that makes sense. He doesn't worry about that, he says...there will be stores open......somewhere......

ugh....oh, right........:tumble::tumble:.....I'm supposed to be CLEANING.........

Hey thanks, yeah I took it one night down in Mexico, two exposures combined. Had so many beautiful nights like that I spent laying on the beach while my group was drinking and partying, I don't really drink and very much enjoyed my time there, had the whole beach to myself most nights.

I was very impressed at the little point and shoot camera I took down there. I normally travel with a huge kit as I am a photographer but decided I didn't want to lug around $10K worth of equipment this time and was very happy with what I got from a camera that fit in my pocket.

I used to be a pro but had to give it up in favor of a full time job that I could make a living at. I miss it a lot though.

....Build it, they will come....

or.......

On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair
Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway;
I heard the mission bell
