A lot of folks here dislike smok & many love vaporesso. They have their reasons & those reasons are valid. That said, "the best" is subjective.
If i had to pick 1 it would be the luxe.

Without a doubt the Vaporesso hands down. Reliable and has a top notch chip in it. Smok hasn’t been known for its quality control or customer service.
