Lynda's Strawberry Ice Cream

I worked on this one a long time and I think I finally got it right and thought I'd share.

10% Cap's Sweet Strawberry
5% TFA Sweet Cream
5% TFA Bavarian Cream
5% LA French Vanilla
5 drops Cap's Vanilla Custard
5 drops EM (mixed extra strong)

Delicious straight out of the shoot but better the next day.

Is this recipe for 10ml's ... 30ml's? Just wondering ... with the "drops" (so I can adjust it according to recipe size).

Do you mix a lot of your recipes at 25-30%? I love "strong" flavors ... am relatively new at DIY and "playing around" with percentages right now. Thanks again.

Oops! Sorry, I forgot the size. It's for 15 ml. It depends on the strength of the flavors when I determine ratios. I started this one with 15% SS but found 10% to be best for this recipe.
