M403 Battery..

My husband bought a M403 for me from litecigusa, and It comes with two battiers, I have been using one battery and my husband the other one. The other battery is being dumb Since day one..It wont stay on! Hubby order a 510 instead for him, which hasent gotten here yet and says "deliverd"..thats another story..Im still working on that one.. Anyways, when ever his 510 gets here (Please be soon, hes driving me crazy) I will have the m403 with a battery that works and one that dosent..any one having probs with theres? or is it just me?:(

WOOT!! Hubbys 510 came today!! TY Jesus!! The mail lady put it in the wrong APT number mail box..:rolleyes:

1. Did you contact Shawn through the LiteCig website about the dead battery?

2. If you did not contact him through the website, or call, and it's outside of the warranty period, you may not be able to exchange this.

3. batteries and atomizers are considered consumables, which have to be replaced regularly. STOCK UP! They always blow out at the most inconvenient times. And, if you rotate using them, a set or a series of them can blow out within a close time frame.

4. You've learned this on your own. Always make sure hubby has his own equipment and supplies and back-ups. Sharing for emergencies is fine, but not on a long term basis.
 
Valkerie thanks for your replie, Purchased the M403 on the 9/23 so its still in it warrenty.. havent contacted Shawn yet ,dont know if we have to pay for the shipping or what not , if we do we will wait till we order more stuff which will be here soon (when hubby gets paid :)) Hub ordered his Joye 510 from Shawn , have no clue why he didnt mention the battery issue with him..:confused:..I was hoping the battery had to be broken in or something..IDK...
