This is sort of obvious, but I drew this up for my mother (thanks to the openclipart artist who drew the original clip, and blame my poor Inkscape skills for the messy result) and it's one less thing for new users to have to figure out for themselves.

The inner curve of a *jumbo* paperclip fits perfectly to push a m401/402/403 inner cup back into place, picking up no more than a drop of liquid which can be deposited on the atomizer wick. The inner curve of a small one will sometimes work, but is also the perfect size to wedge into the inner cup, displacing too much liquid and forcing you to re-fluff the filler and clean the cart to avoid a mouthful (sweep a few twisted corners of Kleenex around inside the mouthpiece hole if you're feeling lazy)... Perhaps the outer curve works and the inner piece can be lifted to make your 'poking stick,' but I haven't tried it yet. :)

Not sure how well this works on models with the larger, D-shaped inner cups - Sidesho, Volcano, Blu et al. But it should help convey the idea of how to fill with little mess and without mooshing down whatever you're using for filler.

If anyone wants to tuck this PDF somewhere more permanent, feel free, it's public domain.
