Macaveli 350 Battery Questions

I'm noob to mechanical mods and I'm to buy a Mac 350 and I know I have to buy AW IMR 18350 batteries. I was looking at his YouTube video and he mentioned a magnet on the battery. Is the magnet used as a spacer? What type of magnets are recommended for this and where can I find one?

The magnet is used as the firing mechanism. You place one end of the magnet on the battery so that the magnet doesn't attract with the button which then leaves a space between the magnet and the button. The magnet should already be included with the Mac 350 unless you're buying it used from someone else.
