My review of my juice was that I personally liked it. I also warned people that it had a black licorice taste. Hardly a full review.

I live in Alaska and the number of local vapers I know is very few. I want some feedback to see what others think of it. I also wanted people that really wanted to try it. Hence the contest. And I would hope that the winners will give an honest review. Either way I still like it an will continue to vape it daily.

I edited my first post to reflect that this might not be in the right place. I edited it the day I posted it, over 2 weeks ago. And the mods have not moved it. If they see fit they can still move it. Either way the contest is over and once I figure out how to close this thread, it will be closed.

Mixed up a batch today and samples are ready to go. Just have to get them to the post office but can't drive due to my surgery. It's okay because these really need to steep. So when you get them they should be well steeped.

My Pluid finally arrived! :toast:

Wow, Murdock, I'm not sure how to describe it. Clearly, it's an absinthe base but there is a sweetness there as well - something citrus-y like lemon or orange, but light - that cuts the hard edge of the absinthe/anise and broadens it out a bit, easing the aftertaste into something more complex that really dances on the tongue. I am generally not a fan of menthol or licorice flavors but this is really intriguing and I've vaped about a third of the bottle trying to pin the flavors down.

I'm going to copy this and post it in Zen~'s thread, too.

I got my Pluid sample today and tried it out. I cleaned out my Zenesis Mini, dried it up and fired the coil and hit with water while glowing to get everything out of the mesh. Then I opened up the sample. It has a strong black licorice smell that it's you right away. The color looks so cool in the tank:)

It's fairly thin so it wicks very easily but produces very good vapor. The taste is very unique. It does taste like black licorice (I love black licorice so that's a good thing) but it has something else in it,some other sweetness that reminds me of eating some good and plenty.

It has LOTS of flavor and in the Zenesis makes great clouds of vapor. My take on it is that it's a black licorice with maybe a light hint of wintergreen and/or a tiny ammount of something sweet and fruit like.

It's a very satisfying vape with lots of flavor and decent TH but not too strong, just right :)

You have a winner with this one Murdock :)

Yeah, I couldn't quite pin it down either... Whatever is in it, it rocks. :)

One word of caution with the pluid... be careful with poly tanks. It does begin to etch polycarbonate after a day and a half. It is not bad, but it etches it just enough that when the tank is clean and dry it appears cloudy ;)

Really? I only been using it on my zenesis with quartz tank. I have noticed that it leaves some sediment on the tank. I have to use soap to get it off. Did you try cleaning with soap? Just curious. I wouldn't suprize me though. Considering the ingredients.

Ok here is my review for the pluid.

I been begging Murdock to try some of his juices for awhile, and since I got allergies and stuff Murdock hooked me up with the flavorings pre blended, so anything I experienced may differ slightly to whatever anyone else experiences with the standard blend.

I was sitting around rather relaxed actually not so relaxed because I was fast running out of the juices I enjoy vaping, I was basically sitting on a few mil of bobas, watermelon ry4 tobacco. I have lots of my vanilla tobacco, but after 4 months I am finding I need variety, and a break from my vanilla tobacco and I still have 1900ml left. (armageddon stock!)

Well just as I finish filling my Zenesis stand with the last of the bobas, I left the room took a nap and discovered no more bobas the bobas had leaked out of a crack that developed in the quartz. I was screwed, and with out a flavor worth vaping, I one of the small bottle of vanilla tobacco out of the freezer and loaded up the mini with some unflavored nic juice. about 10 draws into the mini I heard a loud noise from up the stairs, then I heard something resembling my name being called from upstairs, the mailman had arrived.

And loan behold he brought me 5 different flavors for my DIY, but there was something else, something spectacularly somethingelse at that, it was unlike anything I had ever smelled. This couldn't be right, so I looked at the return address and yep it was for me, it wasn't some kind of chemical my wife was supposed to be testing, but omg did it look like it belong in her lab more then mine. It was so bright green that it had me thinking maybe it is absinth, but it had more complexity to it, it kind was like an isane drunk guy went to his lab to recreate absinth and failed, and then some faerie came and made it absinth because she took pitty on the guy, but the guy was insane and did realize it was a faerie until after he drowned her in the vat of absinth and it took on a twisted almost magical flavor that is something I wish I could find a sabucca that tasted like.

So is it good, yes, it is friggin awesome, if you don't like black licorice you may or may not like it, but if you like absinthe you are going to love this, it isn't quiet the same as what you will expect from the initial taste or smell, it has a lot more complexity then the absinth or honestly bobas. but unlike bobas it has an indentifiable flow to its taste that you can almost feel, which is cool because absinth is a trippy drink, although that might just be because I chain vaped to a near OD state off the stuff.

Heck I even thought I posted my review on it and sent murdock a pm thanking him......which I didn't, it is so good I lost touch with reality, in my opinion it was a great vape, kind of like a cordial, i don't think I could handle it as an all day vape, my itialian blood is a little thin it seems, but if I had any left it would be one of my after dinner flavors for sure. Ok I am exagerating I was able to make 18mls with the flaboring and I got like 3mls left. So while it might not be my all day choice, it definitely was for the first few days with it, and remember I had a lot of options available, the pluid came with my DIY supplies, I got like 10 different flavors up and running off the order, and yea the only thing I put a dent in was the Pluid.............
