Second order I've made from them, On my first order I was a total no0b to vaping and wrecked one of my first atty's from them. Even though I don't think there was anything wrong with the atty, Brett sent me a free one on my second order. I should point out that at no time did I complain, or ask for a new one. He just hooked me up.
Also on my first order I had emailed back and fourth many times with questions that he was more then happy to answer. I was asking about the blue foam filler witch he didn't have on his site at the time. On my most recent order he threw in 10 blue foam fillers just cause.
I feel very lucky to have had such a good experience with my first supplier. It has made my transition from analogs that much easier.
I also wanted to point out that both orders I received in 3 days. Now I don't really have any other suppliers to compare with, but for me, these guys are GREAT.
