Mad Vapes Comes Through!

I recently ordered two 510 Mega Cartomizer Kits from mad vapes.Com. One for me and one for the wife.

The kits arrived on Monday and the mega batteries came pre-charged. Right off the bat, one of my batteries failed. (These are manual batteries.) The battery got stuck in "on" mode, overheated, toasted the cartomizer and died. The next day, my wife had a similar experience after recharging one of her batteries and it died a tragic death as well. The other two batteries are working like champs and we've been vaping like fiends with them.

I went through Mad Vapes' customer contact form, told them about the deceased batteries and asked them about replacements. Today I got this response:

this really isnt how our policy works, but since you just got the kits from us , i feel that we should provide the return shipping,... so, we shipped out a new couple new batteries for you today,... usps # 9101148008600051359960, please drop the bad one in the postage paid envelope and toss it in the mail back to us,...

Just ordered two USB passthroughs and some Fried Apple 12Mg juice from them as well. I'm really looking forward to getting the passthroughs so I can use those at home and save my batteries for work and running around during the day.

Yeah, MadVapes is one of the good ones.

The little rubber button can get pushed under the lip of the hole and get stuck on. If it does that, I pick at it to pop it out again after untwisting the atomizer.

got it, love it. it is a shame they don't have any on stock right now. i have like 5 friends waiting to order one. shhhh, don't tell them i bought three of them. one to use now and 2 for back ups.
