Mad Vapes going down hill or do they just hate me?

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble. madvapes has been great to me. My orders have been received very fast even during this busy season. I even had 1 package that USPS reported as missent arrive to me, with a slight delay but very slight.

Over the past 3 months, I've made seven orders with Mad Vapes and spent almost $600. The first couple of orders were sent without issues... complete and fast. But lately (since about the middle of October?) they have been incomplete with miscounted items, and extremely slow to send. Submitting a "ticket" is a good exercise in patience as it usually takes over a day (sometimes two or three) for a response. Is this happening to anyone else, or do they just have some unspoken hate for me? (I really like their selection and quality of product, but I can't handle the inconsistency)

I've had a total of 17 orders from Madvapes, at an average of 60 dollars a pop since February of this year. After spending about a thousand dollars on them, I'm happy to say all my orders have come in correct and good to go. I only had one issue related to a bottle of juice, and they resolved the issue quickly.

Very good and quick service will always get me, even if it involves spending 60 dollars an order. :laugh:
