It's probably a standard threaded Weller Tip.
You can order them online (try amazon) and I think you can find them at Home depot if you can believe that.
Anywhere they sell Weller products.. and if it's not a threaded variety of tip then it's just a piece of copper. Not easy to find a big piece of copper.. try online, amazon again.. they probably have that type too.
The other option (once you check the prices plus shipping) is that you just order a brand new Weller soldering iron. It's only a few dollars more with shipping.

Weller is pretty common , the Home Depot there are several out here in my neck of the woods seems like they sell the solder and the gun but not much in the parts area.
Menards sells the different size tips for it.
Might not be a bad idea to bring the old tip with you also as in my case once i get they all start to look alike.

It's a pain if you solder a lot. I don't know why but lately I have been going through a lot of soldering tips.. irritating really when you clean and try to keep things nice but ... that 's life. So get as many extras as you can so you never have to worry about it.. gach!
Yeah Karl i hate when your in the middle of soldering and then poof nothing only to find its severed usually at the tip area.
I used to solder a lot not so much anymore since iv'e given up the old model trains. As i aged over the years things suddenly got smaller and more blurred .
Last thing i soldered was the misses car window refused to go down and i found a wire in the door jamb inside the rubber insulation was cracked, soldered and taped and works like new.

Thats the problem it is a piece of rod pointed on one end about 3mm no threads with 2 screws on ether side to hold the tip in the iron thought about welding rod but to small
