How did you do it? Was it easy or hard. What nic mg did you do it with? Can you make it 8 days? Are you craving a cig?

I'd say it wasnt that hard. There were times when I craved one but I am commited to quitting so i'll fight through my cravings. 36mg liquid. Just ordered 24mg. After 4 days it got much easier and I think it get's easier and easier everyday. I can make it 8 days. I'm looking forward to 2 weeks then 3 then a month. I'm not craving a cig all that bad. I know it will only get easier from here. It's just breaking a habit.

Thanks for the support.

That must mean you've found a juice you love! Bravo!

It's not just the juice. It's a dedication to quit. I'm noticing that I am not vaping tobacco flavors as much unless I really get a craving. I'm sure it will get even easier as I go along. I find with tobacco flavors you always get that unsatisfied feeling of not having taste exactly like a cigarette and then eventually you are like hey why not just go get a pack of real cigarettes. That's how it is for me so yeah. I'm doing pretty good. The first week was brutal the second week was less brutal and now I am looking forward to week 3 and it's getting pretty easy from here. Will only assume that it will get even easier.

Thanks for the support.

That's exactly what I think - trying to find a "just like my analogs" flavor does nothing but remind you that there is nothing like them. I say go for "crazy" flavors FIRST, then later find a tobacco you like if you want. But at first I think it's a good thing to have some alternatives around that make you say "Whoa, why smoke when I can have hopscotch or pina colada vape instead?"

Woot! I'm 3 days away from 3 months analog free. I have never, EVER felt so great about something. Well, yk, maybe successful kids/20yr marriage/happy dog. WHATEVAHHHHHH, I am a nonsmoker! N O N S M O K E R.

Haha you have a lot to be proud of thats for sure. Quitting smoking is just another. Congrats. 3 Months wow I cant wait for one month.

Oh, Son, that's great to hear. Have you also noticed you don't have to clear your throat all day long. And when you bust out laughing, you don't go into a coughing fit? I love it too! Attaboy, I knew you could do it!
Yeah I'm noticing that and I'm noticing that after I laugh I now just clear my throat instead of cough. So it's getting a lot better. Thanks for the support.

Grats Son et lumiere you are doing really good. My lungs feel really good, and my sinuses seem to be much clearer most of the time now too. This is after 1 month and 10 days. My taste buds seem to have settled down now too. Everything still has a lot more flavor than before when I was smoking, but things taste much more normal now. My nose seems to stay mostly clear now too, it was stuffed up a lot when I smoked.

Congrats to all. I just hit 90 days but I feel like I have been smoke free for much longer. I have been able to eliminate respiratory therapy three times a week and 5 different medications. I never expected so much change in such a short time. I know that I can never totally repair my lungs, but I feel like I can live so much better now. To me, the greatest change is that when I am sitting with friends who are smoking I actually find the smell disgusting. How wonderful is that?

My all day vape is cheesecake. But if I am drinking (alcohol) I have to vape a tobacco flavor because drinking and smoking go together. Wierd, but whatever works, right?
