Made my first coil! yayyy

Hi all.
I have an MVP 2 and a Caterpillar rda. Love it.

I'm excited because I made my first coil. It worked!!!!!

I watched some vids and the local shop showed me what to do.
28g Kanthal and cotton wick.

I won't get into sub-ohms until I am good at doing regular stuff. Got my Origin for that.

I wanted to hit the bottom of the MVP's limit.
I made (lucky?) a 1.4 ohm micro coil. It's vaping like a champ!

I just am excited and wanted to share.

good for you, and glad it worked, I remember the first coil I built ,not a pretty site but it did worked, as tiyou build more coils it gets easier, and prettier

My cat wasn't excited about my first one either. I've only been building for six weeks or so. Still impressed that I haven't blowed nothing up.

I suggest getting one of these...Coil Jig - Eciggity

I have been wrapping coils a while but this makes it so much easier! And the next to smallest rod that comes with it is perfect for rebuilding Protank coils.

nice man i feel the same way when i was making my first coil on magma. not the best and neat coil, but its just great and vaping on great flavor! vape on brother!

It is very fun to see how to make a coil at a specific ohm. I got (through no skill of my own but luck) making 1.4 ohm coils down pat.
