I attended VapeBash in Chicago this past weekend and MadVapes was among the vendors. I had made a small online purchase of batteries and odds and ends from them not too long ago, so I stopped by their booth. I purchased a small Gripper mod which I couldn't get to work.... swapped out batteries, tried the battery/carto/extender on another person's Gripper, etc. I went to the booth to exchange it for another but it was the last one. I really would have been fine with them shipping one to me whenever they had one, but they insisted I take a small RoughStack instead (not exactly an even exchange!). I almost felt guilty walking away with it. I'm enjoying the RoughStack very much and will definitely order from them again.
