Don't sleep on it! I was doing the same thing with the gold rush and I checked madvapes earlier today and they have really low stock on both mods! mine should get here by Thursday .. I might do my first video review

The Blue Lightning and Gold Rush are solid and nice looking mods. Be aware that they are not the same. The Blue Lightning uses a 14500 battery and the Gold Rush uses an 18650.

Got my gold rush last night! Love this mod! Slapped my LR 306 atty on it with xl drip tip and empire mods map edition drip shield ! coming from the rough stack this mod seems to vape better don't know if it's the bigger battery or I'm just imagining things lol

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you have tried to fit the 4.8v Nimh battery in the Blue Lightning Mod? I am sure it would fit in the gold one but the blue one says 2 x 15270 is possible and that equates to 15 mm diameter and a height of 58 mm and the nimh is 17 x 65. I ask because I use that batt exclusively now and would like to add another tube mod to the collection.

I got the new goldrush mod after seeing this thread and it's a great improvement over the previous version. It was good, but I like the bottom battery load better. I also like that it's more compact.

There is extra room as far as diameter, but the length idk..Ill have to measure

Thanks MatrixTech, I actually went down to the VapeMeet at the store and tried one in the tube.... it was just wide enough, but a little too short
