Placed my first order with madvapes and it was packed and shipped without delay. When the package arrived at my house, it was opened and the ZMax extension was missing. I looked in the packing material, under the flaps of the carton and all over the floor and area where it was unpacked. No extension was found.
I put in a ticket last night and this afternoon, I was informed that a replacement part was on its way. THANK YOU madvapes!! This was my first order and they didn't know me from Adam. I could have been trying to scam an extra extension, but due to the trust on the part of this vendor, everthing worked out to my satisfaction.
