One tends to read (and read and read) posts from people who buy or have contact with a company---either their own favorite, one they go to if theirs' doesn't have what they want, or one they are thinking of switching to because they are dissatisfied with their own go-to place. Everybody talks about Customer Service, which in their minds they believe means getting what they want NOW. We tend to forget that the vaping Industry as we know it is only a few years old and a lot of our Vendors were 1 person Mom 'n Pop stores that have grown wildly as word of mouth and a reputation grew with them. Much of (or a large portion of) that reputation is because of ECF and it's members who surf these pages. The old adage "It takes years to make a reputation and 5 minutes to lose it" kind of applies here to us and our vaping hobby. People try to contact these fast growing companies and when they don't get a response to their own individual problem Right Now, that company sucks cause they aint got Customer Service. Then word gets around and they suffer for it. Forgetting that 50 people have called or e-mailed them 10 times each that day, not counting regular problems, or when a product (unknown when shipped) has a problem or defect. All of these places we've been going to are growing at their own pace and some can handle it better than others. The company that actually CARES and listens to their customers through ECF, other forums, or their own web sites, affects changes more quickly and easily and improves CS and customer relations better in general. One place that seems to "get it" is MadVapes, and after lurking for over a year then joining ECF and following the various Vendors (the good and bad that people write), I see that they care about their customer better than just about anybody else. They go way past the extra mile, and back it up with deeds, not smoke and mirrors. As I recently wrote in a post in the MadVapes section after my last order from them: "MadVapes is my favorite for Customer Service, Price, Selection, Quality of Products, Variety of Products, Speed and Accuracy of Orders, and the one company that takes the pulse of what we want/need in vaping products and through this Forum listens to us and then delivers it. That sums it up in a 50 word nutshell." And that is why I deal with these people. You should try them, too. You'll be glad you did.
