Customer service - Ordered two separate shipments, first was 5x10ml bottles of juice and a pack of clearomizers, second was a substantially larger order of juice along with a couple attys, a drip tip and a cone for my eGo.

Couple of the clearomizers were cracked when I received them, but Hoog is working to resolve that (and started working to resolve that less than 24 hours after I received my shipment).

Second shipment was where I got concerned, a clerical error had me borderline loafing in my trousers. Instead of receiving a FedEx tracking number, I received a USPS number. I kind of freaked out a bit and jumped to conclusions, which in hindsight was a horrible idea, since apparently madvapes is way more competent than I gave them credit for. Past experiences had me believing that the worst case scenario usually does happen.

They had actually sent it out as FedEx and without 10 minutes of posting my problem, Hoog had answered my ticket and given me a FedEx number to track. (Order is now stuck in clearance, but this is by no way, shape or form MadVapes' fault).

Had a few hiccups regarding my shipping and orders, their customer service was all over it like a fat kid on a cupcake.

For customer service I definitely rate them 5 out of 5. I've never seen an individual so devoted to making sure his customers are happy.

Props to Hoog, props to MadVapes.
