Hi- Recently I had a small issue with a 5v box mod that I recieved from madvapes. It was still usable. I used the ticket system and didn't get a respose in a couple of days. I notified Hoog via this forum and he got all over it. I called the shop after seeing my e-mail inbox the next day just to make sure I was understanding the correspondence correctly. They were sending me a new one. I just wanted to say thank you to Hoog and to Kathy, You were both very nice.

I put in a ticket for a kit not working. Not only did they respond the next day(sent sunday night) but they automatically sent me a new box without me requesting!

Dear SaltyPirate-
Don't get me wrong. After my last ECF blog, Hoog responded to me . They must have missed the ticket. The response was immediate and they did the same with me as with you (my problem was a cracked box). Kudos to them. They are good folks.
