Now in the past, I did a bad review of Madvapes, because I found their juice to taste really really bad (I stand by that). However, I thought, since I did them a bad write up, it's only fair that I give them a good review, since I've had one. First of all, I FINALLY got my package today (not Madvapes fault, totally all on Fedex >_<) the time between order and sending the carrier the pick up info was perfectly adequate. Nothing impressive, but hey, I'm not their only customer. It was fine.
I ordered a slip tip syringe (I've got plans to make a new clearo body with that), a needle tip (broke my old one and have been using the crappy soft tip), two 2.5-2.9 Ohm Vison Ego Clearos (one clear, the other purple), and a 510 adapter (the clearo looks like it'll fit on the Chrome LT without one, but trust me it won't).
The syringe and needle....I can't really say much about. It is what it is and they're pretty much all the same no matter where you buy them. The adapter is an adapter. It fits and works fine. Can't really rave much about an adapter, though it certainly is handy. The two Vision Clearos, however, are absolutely epic. I've only had them for a few hours and I already love them. At first I was skeptical of paying ~$5 for one freakin' clearo, but it's absolutely worth the price. These are superior to the standard clearos in every sense of the word. They hold a lot of liquid. The description says 1.6 ml, but you can squeeze in more than that. They are so much easier to fill, no needle needed! Just drip down into it. The performance is just as good as the cheap clearos. Best of all, leakage is minimal. now understand that any leakage may sound like a bad thing, but due to the nature of a clearo, some is to be expected. The difference between these and the standard is night and day. I had to make a habit of blowing out, removing the tip, and wiping away liquid that spilled, with my old clearos. This is annoying, messy, and a waste of juice. With these Visions, I only got the tiniest leakage, and that was only when I kept them on their sides. The Vision clearo gets an A+ in my book.
The only thing I might suggest to Madvapes to improve on any of these products, I'd love to see this exact Vision Style clearo that's made for a standard 510 connection. I know they carry "Vision" clearos for a standard 510, but I'm going to be honest, I don't like the frosted tank. I don't like the lack of liquid lines. I don't like the flat tip. And I don't like the flimsy looking screw in seal point. I don't like that they're more expensive. The reviews were also lackluster. Madvapes, I would LOVE to see this exact clearo, for a standard 510. Don't get me wrong, the connector works great, but it's small and I am afraid I'll lost it lol. I've seen this exact clearo, for a standard 510 on other sites, but I couldn't find it in a resistance I liked. I vape high voltage. 2.9 Ohms is acceptable, but 1.5 is not.
But overall, good work guys.
