Hello all,

Been lurking here for awhile and decided to be polite and give out a howdy. Howdy

And also if someone could do me a favor considering I am only allowed to post in the Noobs forum. There is a subforum for "law and the E-cigarette" with a post for "If they banned ecigs, would you stockpile?" Could someone do me a favor and reply to questions about banning the 18650s? (not sure if I'm allowed to post links)

Laptop batteries contain lipo 18650s. I recently cracked open an old HP 8 cell one I had and it contained 8 samsung 2000mah, from what I can tell from web searches they are 10a discharge. Good enough for regular use. I've found hp laptop batteries for as low as $8.00 on ebay that I have cracked them for my LED light fetish and the remotes for my RC helicopters. They are not 18650 IMR but if all this get outlawed we probably wont be going all out for huge clouds.
