It isn't even dark outside but that Sun is heading your way!
The last couple of days have been amazing. A lot of people would not let a very sharp pair of pointed shears with V shaped blades near their face- that is why I don't have a parrot! Most people don't realise though that the bypass/V edged model does not lose effectiveness with size. A small beak can still put a nice 'smiley face' shaped set of holes in you and the placement of those holes (usually around and under the fingernail) just adds to the 'fun' because when training a bird
you are not allowed to flinch or they bite harder.
So when Gizmo decided to plant a tentative kiss on my nose- it was a very nice surprise. The next day a tentative little touch to the mouth. Awwwwwwww!
That got me thinking. If your life was in the hands of one who weighed 10,000 times what you weigh, who looked different and did not speak the same language, how hard would it be to trust? As humans, we may never have to find out.
