You'll get better help if you give more specifics. Like...

- Do you want an integrated battery (can't be replaced) or replaceable battery mod?
- If replaceable battery mod, how many batteries do you want it to hold?
- What wattage do you plan to vape at?
- Do you have a tank to use already or are you looking for a whole kit?
- If you need a kit with a tank, do you vape MTL or DL and are you expecting to vape at subohm resistance?
- Do you already have a few kits/mods in mind? Which ones?

etc.

Otherwise, you'll just get bunch of vastly different mods and links thrown at you and it becomes one big giant mess that it'll take you a month to research and figure which ones are a good fit for you, if any lol.

I didn't post info. I just gave her questions to answer to help us tailor suggestions rather than just throw a whole bunch of mods at her lol.

I figured being a vaper already she probably has answers to most of the questions.

Hello @Jessica Tanner, there's plenty of decent mod options to choose from with either the Innokin Zlide or Aspire Nautilus GT tanks.

Just try your best to avoid SMOK at all costs, as they're far from reliable.

Smoant, Vaporesso and Geekvape are some good manufacturers to choose from. There's many others but for the moment just trying to keep the list short.

They vary depending on where you get them and whether you want to stay local, but you shouldn't really have any trouble staying under $100 for both tank and mod. If you go with a replaceable battery mod, the addition of the batteries and charger might bring you up around $100 or a touch over, but the setup should last longer and you'll spend less replacing things when the batteries wear out.

OK, here's some background information:

There are currently three styles of vaping:

Pod mod: Probably what you've been doing. Low power, low juice usage, tends to use really high nicotine levels to make up for the low power.

MTL (mouth-to-lung): Sort of a middle-of-the-road option. Gives you a bit more power, uses a bit more juice, and the juice is generally at a slightly lower nicotine concentration.

DL (direct lung): Big clouds. A lot of power, a lot of juice, but since you're going through so much juice it usually has a lower concentration of nicotine.

@Mordacai suggested some MTL options. I agree that MTL would be a good place to start, and his recommendations are solid.

Moving on to MTL kit:

You'll want a mod, which is the power source and holds the battery, and a tank, the thing on top you put the eliquid in.

Tank

Tanks hold the eliquid and the coil, which vaporizes it. Coils are replaceable and generally last around 1 - 3 weeks. Tanks are designed either for MTL or DL. Some can do both, but usually not well. The tanks mentioned above (Innokin Zenith or Zlide and Aspire Nautilus GT) are excellent MTL tanks, and probably what you want to get.

Mod

Mods can usually be used for either MTL or DL. Some lower-powered mods don't have enough power for certain DL tanks, but I won't go into that unless you want more information. The big decision with a mod is whether you want an internal or integrated battery mod or a replaceable battery mod. With an internal battery mod, the battery is part of the mod and you usually charge it by USB. With a replaceable battery mod, you take out the batteries and charge them in a charger.

The advantage of replaceable batteries is that they're replaceable. Batteries only last so long - often a year or so - so when the battery in an internal battery mod wears out you need to replace the whole mod. With a replaceable battery mod, you just replace the battery and keep using the mod. Some people also prefer being able to swap batteries instead of having to recharge the mod.

That's been more than enough information to start with, so let us know what you think and someone can recommend a particular mod that will suit you. Good luck!
