making own e juice? Newbie help!

I was wondering if I could make my own e juice, or if it is possible?
Any tips, ideas anyone could give me, I would really appreciate.
Sorry I'm a newbie and pretty ignorant.

You can get DIY supplies in Canada at HappyVaper.com. Jack there has a great selection of vape friendly flavours and bases.
