The manhattan you guys sell only came with one top contact pin not the three that ameravape says it should with all manhattans sold. Please advise

Which color Manhattan did you purchase? The black Manhattan is the original version and only comes with one pin. The colors and brass Manhattans are the upgraded versions and come with 3 pins.
If it's not one of the black ones, can you give the NYC store a call at (646) 682-7038? they will be able to help you out and make sure you're all set up
